You can make reservations even if you're not registered as a member, but the reservation process is especially easy
for members.
* Registration is free.
- Step1. Confirm room availability status and click the **, *, or number within the desired date of your stay.
- Step2. If you have completed membership registration, please enter your ID and password.
If you are not yet a member, please enter the requested information about your reservation. - Step3. Please complete the required application details and confirm the information you provided.
- Step4. An email will be sent upon completion for your confirmation.
- Step1. Enter your booking number and the email address used at the time of reservation, then click on
"Confirm The Reservation." - Step2. After your booking details have been displayed, please click on "Cancel This Reservation."
- Step3. If you want to receive a confirmation mail, enter your email address in the "Send to" field before clicking "Cancel."
- Step1. Your registration details will be sent to you by email.
- Step2. Click on the URL to access member registration and enter each of the required items.
- Step3. After confirming the information you provided, click the registration button to complete member registration.
- Step4. A notification of completion will be mailed to your registered email address.
- After you have completed the online membership registration process, you can login to your personal "My Page."
By using My Page, you will be able to perform the following operations:
* Confirm reservation details.
* Cancel your reservations.
* Modify and delete your online membership registration data.
* Changes to reservation details cannot be made from "My Page."
In order to make changes to your reservation, first cancel the reservation and then contact the hotel directly to repeat the
reservation process.
In the event that you forget your password, we will resend it to your email address.
* Please enter the phone number and email address that you provided during registration.
* Your login ID and password will be forwarded to the email address that you enter.
* If you fail to receive the email, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email.
