INFORMATION NEWSSending a parcel and mail to our hotel
In case of sending your bags or mail to the hotel ahead of time via a parcel delivery service, postal mail, and etc.., the shipping label must contain the name of the reserved guest, booking ID and check-in date in English.
We cannot accept luggage or mail delivered more than 1 week prior to the check-in date.

INFORMATION NEWSSTORING LUGGAGE AFTER CHECKOUT
After checkout, we can store your luggage FREE OF CHARGE for collection later on the day of checkout. If you collect after this, we will make a charge of Y1,000 FOR EACH DAY FROM CHECKOUT, unless you have a future booking with us, in which case storage again is FREE.
