About reservation and stay

Q1.
What time is check-in and check-out?
A1.
Check in from 3:00pm. Latest check in time is at 12:00pm (midnight).
If you are running late please call us on 03-3831-8666.
Check out time is at 11:00am.
We will gladly keep your luggage for you, please ask at our reception.
*The extension rate is 1,000 yen.
Q2.
Do you have a curfew?
A2.
We do not have a curfew. The main door closes at 2:00am but after this we can open the door for you via the hotel’s intercom.

Do you accommodate children?
A3.
One child 5 years old or under - stays for free*
Two children 5 years old or under - both children together will count as only one person
Children over 6 years old and over - charged normal rates
* Single and semi double rooms cannot be shared with children.
Q4.
Are visitors allowed into my room?
A4.
You are not to bring outside visitors into your room. Visitors should wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Is there a convenience store nearby? Are laundry facilities available?

Yes, there is a Lawson convenience store located on the first floor (ground floor) of our building.
we have a coin operated laundry machine and a dryer located on our first floor (ground floor) .

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept the following credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, American Express and JCB.

Can you receive our parcel at reception?

We can receive and keep your parcel (paid only).
Please follow our rules below:
- Name of the Guest in English on delivery form
- Check-in date on delivery form
- Please note that we do not accept refrigerated or frozen products, and large luggage cannot be stored due to limited storage space.
- We cannot accept luggage delivered more than 1 week prior to the check-in date.

Will there be a fee charged for cancellations?

Cancellation charges are as follows:
Notification 3 to 7 days before check in 20%
Notification 2 days before check in 50%
Notification 1 day before check in 80%
Notification on the day of check in/no show 100%

Do I need give you credit card details upon making my reservation?
A9.
Yes, you will need to give us your credit number and expiry date. There will be no charge on the cardholder unless you cancel or do not arrive, as the card is only used as a guarantee of your reservation.

When should I pay?

The hotel works on a pay in advance system so guests will have to pay on check in.

About Rooms

Do you have Japanese style rooms?
A11.
We have Japanese style rooms that have come with tatami mats and futons
(straw mats and Japanese style mattresses).
Q12.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, we have non-smoking rooms. Please choose a non-smoking room upon reservation.

Do you have internet access?
A13.
All rooms have a free high-speed Wi-Fi, and also internet access via LAN cable (you need to bring a computer).
In addition, we have free WI-FI access
available in the hotel lobby and free use of an internet PC in the hotel lobby.

What is a single room with shared bathroom?

It is single room where you share a bathroom with one other guest.
Q15.
What is the difference between semi double and double rooms?
A15.
The rooms are same size, the only difference is the bed size.
A semi double bed is 200cm by 120cm. A double bed is 200cm by 140cm.

Will a Japanese style room accommodate four people?
A16.
Yes, a Japanese room will accommodate 4 people though in this case it might be a little snug.
